With pure intuition and passion, our dedicated kitchen team transforms regional, high-quality products into mouth-watering treats, which include a variety of "Flammkucken" prepared according to deeply rooted, Alpine tradition as well as international dishes, changing daily dishes, and delicious new interpretations. With good weather, the smoke will rise as we create specialties from the smoker! Our impressive wine menu stands out with excellent Austria wines and fine wines from all over the world, which are waiting to be enjoyed in the spectacular scenery of the Zillertal Alps!
