Booking infoGeneral information
- The necessary ski lift ticket (not included in the price) is available at the valley station of the Ski-Optimal Hochzillertal lift
- House bar open daily until 11 pm
- Bathrobes and towels are provided in the rooms and suites for guests to use for free during their stay
- On your arrival day, your room is available for check-in starting at 3:00 pm
- If you are a no-show or leave early, we are obliged to charge you the full price for your stay according to the hotel industry terms & conditions
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our hotel!
Payment conditions
- Prices are per person and day incl. Platzlalm gourmet breakfast with regional delights
- Reservations are guaranteed only with a valid reservation confirmation
- Details may be subject to change!
- Prices exclude a local tax per person/day (for those 16 and older) of € 1.50
- For use of the sauna outside of opening times, we charge € 7.00 per hour
- We accept EC cards and credit card (VISA and Mastercard)
Children's discount
The children's discount is only valid with 2 full-paying adults.
Children's discount: up to 6 yrs. old 70% | 7 - 11 yrs. old 50% | 12 - 15 yrs. old 30% | 16 - 99 yrs. old 15% - only applies to children using an extra bed in the parents' room
Short stay surcharge
- for 1 night: € 10 per person and day
- for 2 nights: € 5 per person and day
- for 3 nights: € 4 per person and day
