Coming by Car  

Autobahn Munich - Rosenheim - Kufstein border crossing, A12 (autobahn) as far as the Zillertal exit - 7 km on highway B169 as far as Kaltenbach or toll-free: Autobahn Munich - Tegernsee exit - Achensee - Zillertal - Kaltenbach

In summer: We are easy to reach along the Zillertaler Höhenstrasse via Ried or Kaltenbach and all the way to our hut! Close by you will find the reservoir supplying water to the snowmaking equipment which guarantees our superbly groomed slopes in winter!

In winter, the only way to reach the Platzlalm is to ride the Ski Optimal Hochfügen-Hochzillertal gondola up from Kaltenbach! (please make sure you consult the lift timetable beforehand, since there are no other ways to get up here!!!)

By Train

Jenbach railway station, then change to the Zillertal Bahn railway, continuing to Ried, Kaltenbach or Aschau

By Plane

The closest airport is Innsbruck, transfer time to the Zillertal ca. 1 hr.

International Airport: Munich ca 150 km, transfers are possible all the way to Zillertal using the Airport Taxi.
